These copiers require job codes to print to them. These job codes are tied to a non-grant funded departmental KFS account. One single-sided page of black and white printing costs $0.03. One single-sided page of color printing costs $0.15. These costs are billed annually at the end of the fiscal year to the KFS account provided.

Please make sure you include your full name and your office/desk number when you submit and the non-grant funded KFS account for us to set up your job code with. Once we generate the job code for your lab group, we will stop by and configure the printer on your computer with your code.

You can reserve the BSRL Courtyard and BSRL Lobby here. Log in with your NetID and password and select BSRL in the dropdown menu. Enter your KFS# and Event Title/Purpose. You will be contacted by the Admin team to confirm your reservation.
